Boutique hotel + alley activation concept

Concept strategy and investor-facing presentation design for a full-block hospitality district in downtown Medford. The concept uses cartography, movement and midpoint travel as the foundation for a boutique hotel, rooftop spa, lobby bar, coworking, retail and pedestrian alley activation.
